Email Signatures

This email signature graphic features the “It’s Gotta Be A CFP®” tagline, and can be downloaded and promoted in your personal email signature.

To download image:

1. Click the download link.
2. Right-click on the image and select Save As.
3. Save the image to your desired folder.

Update your email signature in Outlook:

1. Click File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
2. Click the signature you want to edit, and then add the downloaded image in the Edit signature box under your current signature.
3. When you're done, select Save > OK.

Update your email signature in Gmail:

1. In the top right, click Settings. 
2. Under 'General', scroll to 'Signature' and click the signature you want to edit.
3. Use the text box to add in the downloaded image under your current signature.
4. At the bottom, click Save Changes.
