Women Share Their Challenges in the Financial Services Industry

As women ascend the corporate hierarchy within the predominantly male-dominated financial services sector, they often encounter challenges. To address some of these obstacles, CFP Board launched the Women’s Initiative (WIN), aiming to welcome and support women in the financial planner workforce. The foundation of the WIN efforts lies in research encapsulated in the white paper “Making More Room for Women in the Financial Planning Profession,” which explores causes, and potential solutions, for the lack of women in financial planning.
